The Dobby View Holiday Static Caravan is located in a secluded and elevated position on Skiddaw View Holiday Home Park and overlooks the Dobby Quarry and has stunning views towards Skiddaw and the Northern Fells from the enclosed private veranda around this home. This holiday static caravan also has its own lawn area to the front.
This holiday home sleeps four (five) people in a double bedroom, twin bedroom and an additional pull-out sofa bed in the lounge increases the sleeping to five. The double bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables and fully fitted wardrobe. The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and fitted wardrobes.
Unusual for a holiday static caravan the Dobby View Holiday Home has a bathroom with small bath and shower over; as well as toilet and wash basin.
Outside this home there is a large enclosed veranda over looking the fells complete with furniture and to the front is a private lawn area*.
Entrance into these homes is via the door to the side in to the living and dining area.
Living and Dining Area: The living and dining area has sofa seating and dining table. The Lounge also has a TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fire.
Kitchen: The fitted kitchen is fully equipped; including large range style gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and an inventory of kitchen utensils and crockery.
Double Bedroom: Double bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobes.
Twin Bedroom: With two single beds and wardrobes.
Bathroom: With small bath with shower over,toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle.
Skiddaw View Holiday Home Park is situated just outside the Lake District. The park has spectacular views of not only Skiddaw and the Northern fells but also over the Solway to Scotland.

Additional Information
Pets are Not welcome in this home. All bed linen (with the exception of the pull-out bed in the lounge), towels and fuel is provided. Cot and High Chairs are available upon request (Linen is not provided for the Cots where available).
* This home may not be suitable for toddlers as the lawn area to the front of the home is unfenced.
