Description

Bodell Cottage is a traditional stone cottage situated on the edge of Bothel Village. This charming three star cottage has everything you will need in a self-catering holiday cottage. From its location within the village Bodell Cottage is only a few hundred yards from the local pub.

The location gives good access to the main A591 and all Northern beauty spots; such as: Borrowdale, Bassenthwaite, Cockermouth and Keswick.

Bodell Cottage sleeps four (five) people in two double bedrooms plus an additional sofa bed in the lounge.

To the rear the fully enclosed garden of Bodell Cottage has been recently made over and comes complete with furniture.

Ground Floor

Bodell Cottage is fully central heated, entrance via the front door leads into the:
Lounge/Dining Room: Lounge area complete with Gas Fire, Digital TV, DVD player and comfortable seating. The Dining area has seating for four. Access to the garden is also via the lounge. Additional sofa bed is available in the lounge which increases this cottages sleeping capacity to five. (Bed linen is provided for this bed).
Kitchen: Modern fully-fitted kitchen comprises electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Garden: The fully enclosed garden has outdoor furniture.

First Floor

Double Bedroom 1: With double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
Double Bedroom 2: With double bed, bedside shelves and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Self-contained family bathroom with toilet, bath with shower over and wash basin.

Additional Information

All bed linen, towels and fuel are provided (including the sofa bed).

A Cot and High Chair are available upon request; however linen is not provided for the cot.

Pets are welcome in this cottage.
