Description

This rustic timber beamed cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard. Park Farm Cottage is located on a working farm in the quiet village of Bothel; the cottage boasts original beam work throughout providing a true farm house feel.
 
The cottage sleeps three people in one double bed and one single bed; the cottage also offers a sofa bed in the lounge for added flexibility.

Park Farm Cottage is only a short walk from the local pub, and has good access to the A591 and the popular tourist towns of Keswick and Cockermouth. The cottage is only a few minutes from Bassenthwaite Lake.

Ground Floor

Lounge: The lounge has comfortable seating for four, TV and log effect gas fire.
Kitchen and Dining area: The kitchen has everything which you would need including: electric hob and oven, fridge and washing machine. The dining area has table and seating for four. There is a small garden area to the side of the property ideal for sitting out in the evenings.

First Floor

Bedroom: Large spacious family bedroom with double bed and single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.
Bathroom: With toilet, wash basin, bath and shower over bath.

Additional Information

Bed Linen, Towels and Fuel are provided. Cot and High Chair are available upon request; the (linen is not provided for the cot or sofa bed).
Pets are NOT allowed in this cottage.
