Whitehead Cottage is a luxurious and spacious Cumbrian Cottage located approximately 10 minutes drive from Bassenthwaite Lake.

This barn conversion cottage has been newly renovated, fitted and decorated to the highest standard. The cottage is located alongside the A595 and sleeps six people in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

Whitehead Cottage benefits a number of unique features including the comfortable open plan living area on the first floor; with the lounge, dining area and fully integrated kitchen.  The views from the living area windows overlook the beautiful Cumbrian Countryside towards the Solway Coast and Criffel.

Another unique feature is the large master double bedroom, with huge super king sized double bed and double doors again affording views of the countryside.

Outside the cottage is a patio area with outdoor furniture; allowing you to take the advantage of the countryside.

Ground Floor

Entrance into this cottage via the front door is into the entrance hall and curving stair case to the first floor.
Twin Bedroom: With two single beds, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
Double Bedroom: Complete with double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
Shower Room: With shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

First Floor

Living Area: The spacious open plan living area comprises the lounge, dining and kitchen areas of this holiday cottage. The Living area has two leather settees, Digital television and DVD player. The Dining Area has table and seating for up to six people. The fully fitted kitchen has Gas Hob, Electric Oven and fully-integrated appliances including: dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
Master Double Bedroom: The master double bedroom has a huge super king sized double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobes. The master bedroom also has en-suite bathroom.
En-Suite Bathroom: With bath and shower over, toilet, wash basin and mirror with shaver point.

Additional Information

Pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation. All of the bed linen, towels and fuel are included. A High chair is available upon request.
