Description

Briar Bank Lodge is a beautifully decorated stylish timber lodge. Briar Bank lodge sleeps six people and boasts a fully glazed front elevation, with patio doors leading onto the enclosed private veranda. The lodge’s elevated position provides remarkable views of Skiddaw and the Northern Fells.

This lodge has one double bedroom (with en-suite shower room), one twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom.

Briar Bank Lodge has a large open plan living area which hosts the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Access to the enclosed private veranda (complete with furniture) is via the patio doors from the living area with overlooking Skiddaw and the northern fells.

Ground Floor

Living Area: The open plan living area hosts the lounge, dining area and kitchen to the rear; with the dramatic backdrop of Skiddaw and the Northern Fells from the lodges’ fully glazed front elevation. The Lounge has sofa seating, coffee table, modern electric fire and Digital TV with DVD player. Access to the enclosed front veranda is via the French doors in the lounge. The dining area has table and seating for six.
Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen has all of the appliances which you would need including: gas hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and toaster.
Entrance Area: The entrance area of the lodge has storage for shoes and coats.
Double Bedroom: with luxurious double bed and fitted wardrobes, the double bedroom also has access to the en-suite shower room.
En-Suite Shower Room: with shower, toilet and wash basin.
Twin Bedroom: with two single beds, bedside cabinet and wardrobes.
Bunk Bedroom: with full sized single bunk beds, cabinets and wardrobes.
Bathroom: Complete with bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.

Additional Information

All bed linen, towels and fuel are provided. A cot and high chair are also available upon request for a small charge. Pets are NOT allowed in this Lodge.
