Description

Ospreys Cottage is a charming picturesque mid-cottage; part of barn conversion, overlooking farm fields with views toward Skiddaw. The cottage sleeps six people and has been renovated to the highest standards. The kitchen/dining area has everything you would expect from this appealing property. Ospreys Cottage has a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom boasts shower over the bath; therefore you have the choice of long soak or quick refresher after a long walk or mountain hike. In addition to the upstairs bathroom is an additional downstairs shower room. The property also has its own utility room with ironing facilities. This cottage has a shared laundry room (with Otters Cottage & Badgers Cottage) which has washing and drying facilities, as well as additional freezer storage and a computer with internet access can also be used here.

Ospreys Cottage is one of three holiday cottages located on a family run 'working' farm with more than 200 acres of land; the farm is a bird watchers paradise with a twelve man bird watching hide and tarn.

Ground Floor

First Floor

Lounge/Dining Area: Lounge/Dining area with two settees, dining table with six chairs, TV, DVD Player, and Radio.
Kitchen Area: Modern Kitchen with electric cooker and oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, microwave.
Master Bedroom: Master bedroom with double bed.
Twin Bedroom: with two single beds.
Bathroom: Self-contained bathroom with Shower over Bath, Toilet and Wash Basin.
On the landing there are a useful set of two hanging wardrobe and wardrobe with shelves.

Additional Information

All bed linen, towels and fuel is provided. Pets are welcome and Cot and High Chair are available upon request (there is a small charge applied for these).
