Description

Ospreys Cottage is a charming picturesque mid-cottage; part of barn conversion, overlooking farm fields with views toward Skiddaw. The cottage sleeps four people and has been renovated to the highest standards. The kitchen/dining area has everything you would expect from this appealing property. Ospreys Cottage has a double bedroom and twin bedroom, plus this cottage has the added benefit of an additional twin bedroom (available upon request). The upstairs bathroom boasts shower over the bath; therefore you have the choice of long soak or quick refresher after a long walk or mountain hike. In addition to the upstairs bathroom is an additional downstairs shower room. The property also has its own utility room with ironing facilities. This cottage has a shared laundry room (with Otters Cottage & Badgers Cottage) which has washing and drying facilities, as well as additional freezer storage and a computer with internet access can also be used here.

Linskeld Field Tarn is a working farm with over 200 acres of land and 18,000 free range chickens, the farm is a bird watchers paradise with a twelve man bird watching hide and tarn.

First Floor

Lounge/Dining Area: Lounge/Dining area with two settees, dining table with six chairs, TV, DVD Player, and Radio.

Master Bedroom: Master bedroom with double bed.
Twin Bedroom: Twin bedroom; with two single beds.
Bathroom: Self-contained bathroom with Shower over Bath, Toilet and Wash Basin.
On the landing there are a useful set of two hanging wardrobe and wardrobe with shelves.

Additional Information

All bed linen, towels and fuel is provided. Pets are welcome and Cot and High Chair are available upon request (there is a small charge applied for these). The additional twin bedroom is available upon request (a charge is applied for the use of this room).
