Description

Ospreys Cottage is a charming picturesque mid-cottage; part of barn conversion, overlooking farm fields with views toward Skiddaw. The cottage sleeps six people and has been renovated to the highest standards. The kitchen/dining area has everything you would expect from this appealing property. The bedrooms (1 Double & 2 twins) are very comfortable, a cot also available upon request. The upstairs bathroom boasts shower over the bath; therefore you have the choice of long soak or quick refresher after a long walk or mountain hike. In addition to the upstairs bathroom is an additional downstairs shower room. The property also has its own utility room with ironing facilities. Washing and drying facilities can be found in a separate shared laundry with the next door (Otters Cottage). Outside there is plenty of parking, plus garden patio furniture and BBQ. Pets are welcome in this cottage.

Linskeld Field Tarn is a working farm with over 200 acres of land and 18,000 free range chickens, the farm is a bird watchers paradise with a twelve man bird watching hide and tarn.

First Floor

Lounge/Dining Area: Lounge/Dining area with two settees, dining table with six chairs, TV, DVD Player, and Radio.
Kitchen Area: Modern Kitchen with electric cooker and oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, microwave.
Master Bedroom: Master bedroom with double bed.
Twin Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom; with two single beds.
Bathroom: Self-contained bathroom with Shower over Bath, Toilet and Wash Basin.
On the landing there are a useful set of two hanging wardrobe and wardrobe with shelves.

Additional Information

All bed linen, towels and fuel is provided. Pets are welcome and Cot and High Chair are available upon request (there is a small charge applied for these). Adjacent to the cottage is a small laundry room which has washer and dryer. This room is shared with Otters Cottage which is next door. This property is excluded from the couple discount offer.
