Stoneleigh cottage is a luxurious and charismatic barn conversion, overlooking farm fields and the village of Tallentire. The cottage is also very close to the local amenities; such as the village pub The Bush Inn, which is only a stones throw away. The cottage sleeps four people with two bathrooms and has been renovated to the highest standard.

Throughout the house there is a variety of artwork individually created to add a specific character to each room. The kitchen and utility room have everything which you would expect in a four star property.

Outside there is ample parking to the front of the property and to the rear there is a private garden with bench and picnic table. This property is perfect for a quite getaway surrounded by the local scenery of Tallentire this property will not disappoint.

Ground Floor

This cottage is fully central heated, and access via the front door into the:
Living & Dining Area: The lounge area has a luxurious leather L-shaped sofa, coffee table, digital LCD TV, two DVD Players (UK & USA formats) and Radio & CD player. Broadband internet access is also provided for those with wireless-enabled laptop computers or PDAs. The dining area has a large wooden table and seating for four.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a full compliment of units with electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and large worktop area. Access to the garden is via the kitchen.
Utility Room: The utility room is adjacent to the kitchen which houses the fridge-freezer and washer/dryer.
Toilet: Toilet with a wash hand basin. Access to the toilet is via the utility room.
Outside: There is ample parking in front of and alongside the house. To the rear of the house there is an enclosed garden with patio area, picnic table and bench seating and clothes drying rack.

First Floor

Double Bedroom: with double bed, this room has very traditional furniture which adds a sense of quality to the room. The décor is in keeping with its original beams adding a sense of modern meets traditional in this stunning bedroom.
Bathroom: The bathroom is light with plenty of space complete with bath, toilet, wash hand basin and separate shower.

Second Floor

Master Bedroom: with king sized pillow-top bed, has an airy feel achieved through the beautiful decoration and the large velux roof windows this very spacious room has double built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
En-suite Shower Room: With shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Additional Information

All bed linen, towels and fuel are provided. A cot and high chair are also available upon request for a small charge. This holiday cottage is exclusively pet free.
