Maple Tree Lodge is located at one of the most elevated and secluded positions on Skiddaw View Holiday Park, and as a result offers spectacular panoramic views of Skiddaw and the Northern Fells.

This accommodation has a light and airy feel which is achieved by the sky lights located in the lounge and kitchen area, the design and decoration also helps to achieve the feel of this lodge.

The lounge area of this lodge has patio doors which open onto an enclosed deck/veranda area which is covered by the roof of the lodge; this area is also complete with outdoor furniture, which makes this lodge comfortable whatever the weather. Pets are welcome in this accommodation, and it is also close to the four acre dog walking area. This lodge also has good parking for one car. Pets are also welcome in this accommodation.

Maple Tree lodge is fully central heated and double glazed.
Lounge: The lounge is decorated in light colours, which feels very spacious; the abundance of windows allows the full appreciation of the wonderful countryside views. Following this modern theme the lounge has Flat screen TV and DVD.
Kitchen/Dining Area: The modern fully-fitted kitchen is complete with: Microwave, Fridge-Freezer, Cooker and Dishwasher and the added benefit of a washing machine. From the kitchen the dinning area has plenty of light via the two roof velux windows has modern wooden dining table with four chairs.
Master Bedroom: Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room; with toilet, wash basin and shower.
Twin Bedroom: The twin room has two single beds, and is adjacent to the bathroom.
Bathroom: Self-contained family bathroom with toilet, wash basin and bath.

Additional Information

Fuel and Bed Linen are included. Cot and High Chair available upon request (linen not provided for cot). Pets are Welcome in this accommodation.
