Description

Rowans Lodge is located towards the edge of Skiddaw View Holiday Park and has good views of Skiddaw and the Northern Fells. Rowans Lodge is a traditional timber lodge with timber cladding on both the interior as well as the exterior. This lodge has parking alongside for one/two cars.

The Master bedroom boasts an unusual hexagonal window providing views over the neighbouring farm fields towards Scotland.

This accommodation provides a high level of comfort as it is fully central heated and double glazed.
Kitchen/Dining Area: The modern full-fitted kitchen is complete with: Microwave, Fridge, Cooker and Dishwasher, the kitchen leads into the lounge and dining area, leading to the dining area with table and seating for four.
Lounge Area: The Lounge has comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and access via patio doors to the enclosed deck area. The deck has patio furniture and provides views over the park and the views of the Northern fells.
Master Bedroom: Master bedroom with double bed. A cot can also be provided for the master bedroom.
Twin Bedroom: Twin bedroom with two single beds.
Family Bathroom: Self-contained family bathroom offers a peaceful haven to rest after a long day on the fells. The bathroom has toilet, wash basin, bath and shower over the bath.

Additional Information

Fuel and Bed Linen are included. Cot and High Chair available upon request (linen not provided for cot). Pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation.
